September 16 - A Toast to Life - The Woodlands, Fairfax, VA
Capital Hospice, Capital Palliative Care & The Woodlands invite you to join us for a wine & cheese event from 5:30 - 8:30 pm. RSVP by September 13th to wineandcheeseRSVP@capitalhospice.org.
September 20– Executive Women’s Golf Classic – Fairfax VA
Grateful family member Linda Beckman sponsors us at the Country Club of Fairfax. Local women executives and their companies have kept this event growing for five years. Cost to play including dinner is $300 per player. Sponsorships are available at various levels.
September 25– Hospice Cup – Annapolis MD
For over 28 years this event has raised funds for several area hospices. Watch the races, dine on board a spectator boat and continue to dine at a lavish shore party. Sponsorship levels and tickets are available. Caregivers can race for free in the Caregivers Class if they express a desire to go on a racing sailboat.
October 23 - Celebration of Life 5K Walk/Run - Fort Washington, MD
Join our Celebration of Life Walk / Run! This 5K race is open to anyone who seeks fun, a challenge, a good course, or just a healthy way to lend support to Capital Hospice in Prince George’s County. The race starts and finishes on the historic grounds of Fort Washington National Park. 100% of the proceeds from the walk / run benefit programs that bring comfort and expert care to patients with serious progressive illnesses and their families. October 30– Passion for Caring Gala – Northern VA
The Gala stays at the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner this year. Expect the same high caliber evening with dinner, dancing, entertainment and the usual spectacular silent auction. Join other corporate partners along with long time community leaders and supporters. Cost to attend is $250 per person and various sponsorship levels are offered.
December 31, 8:30, Tenth Anniversary New Year’s Eve Gala, The Waterford, Fair Oaks
Start the new year with a fabulous evening of wine tasting, dinner, dancing and a traditional new year’s balloon drop with champagne toast. For the 10th year, this event is only a reality because of another grateful family member who gives us the opportunity to host this fundraiser. Cost to attend $125 per person.
